So your internet service is “fixed wireless”. Cable or fiber optic are buried cables to the house and generally are a more stable connections even at slower speeds.
I agree with others could try a smarter router like eero and see if that helps. Plus if your house is multi level or larger 1,500+ the mesh part, remote boxes, help share the signal.
