NE Kansas | I got out of high school in '75. Tried to farm, went to college and then got married to the best person in the world. Left the farm and got a job. Smartest thing I did. I survived and help my mom and dad survive. That area had some droughts. With me leaving it helped them survive. Later my other two brothers left the farm. Yes the 70's and 80's did influence my life. Made my wife and I very conservative in money. It is the only way that we survived in agriculture.
