Equipment maintenance is the big one. Both seasonal inspection/repair and daily/weekly maintence intervals.
Right now this is mostly solved by cell phone and verbal checks of ‘did you do this or that, and when’.
Myself, I think these things need to be app-based on a smart phone, with extractable reports (ability to export/save a pdf report for each instance, after the fact, to enter into a maintenance file/record).
One thing we know, if you don’t write it down it didn’t happen. We used to have something like this at an engineering company where I worked, which was driven by iPaq’s and Access, this was right before the iPhone. For repetitive sampling checklists and observations.
