South Central MN | I know this thread is a bit old, but another vote for Brother. Have a MFC L3710 that has been great. I needed some help with getting it set up the way I wanted on my network, and Brother tech support was great. The techs did not have hard-to-understand accents, they knew what they were doing, and they called me back when they said they would. They spent several hours helping me through firewall issues and getting me set up to scan to a home server. I'm now using it to make pdf's of all my farm records and it has been working great. Only thing I wish it had was 2-sided print/copy but that's my fault not the printer's. | |
