This has happened to me when I click an AgTalk link on Google. It sets Flat as your default. All I have had to do is select Nested...then be sure to go forward, not back, or it reverts to Flat all over again.
That's funny, it does the opposite to me. I prefer flat, but if I use a Google link, it always switches me to nested.
