I'd use a pair of Ubiquiti NanoStation AC locos (NS-5ACL) for the point-to-point wireless link between the buildings. Then you just need a regular wireless access point in the shop to get wifi in there. You'll also need Ubiquiti power injectors since those don't ship with the NanoStation Locos.
I'd echo this but only use one Loco. Use a full nano on the shop end and use the PoE pass through to power an AP in the shop. Use the injector that comes with the AP to power the nano Loco. Full nano comes with its own injector.
But if there's a couple trees, 5GHz may not be happy and you have to get over the building in between
