Gresham, Nebraska | Local computer tech discovered the problem......Net Nanny! Disabled Net Nanny that was blocking whatever to allow internet connection..... completed the Windows 10Pro install and we're up and running. My Windows 7 Ultimate product key worked for the update. Some of the new windows defaults, i.e. audio device, had to be re-discovered, and my gmail accounts open/are available on my desktop again. Sigh, my world is spinning once again.....
