| The main spreadsheets I use are setup with drop down menus for the entry selection. The feed spread sheet has the entries for the barn, the ration ID, weight, and group number.
My snow plowing sheet has the customer, the function (plow, salt, shovel), and time entry on drop down menus. Once those are entered I can put the customer name on the invoice page and it brings the service records over and has the invoice ready to print. | |
