Seems the "Which accounting software is best" question get beat to death on NAT.
Do a search for Quick Books on NAT, and you will have hours of reading, as well as a hundred alternative programs that may work.
That said, I have QuickBooks, like it well, have been using it since about 1995, and have no intention of changing.
