When I was looking for a dock last year, the CalDigit TS3+ was widely referred to as one of the best docks you could buy. I've been happy with mine, but I do wish it had a couple more usb connections. It shouldn't be too hard to add another thunderbolt-connnected usb hub if I really do need more in the future. Not sure how you'd go about adding a 3rd screen to it either.
