G'day! In Aussy we have a saying - "They've got you by the short and curly!" Apple seems to have me that way. I had an I phone 5s, and it got to be unusable because the voice incoming was distorted. Swapped to a Samsung 9 - don't miss the I-phone. [at least 18 mths ago.] Daughter has a new drone, and her old I- phone will not support the DJI Fly app for a Mavic drone. I had the thought that my old I phone could be resurrected to act as 'eyes' for the drone. - Yep - it will still connect to the internet, so lets go. [despite no SIM card for phone calls.] Go to App store, find DJI Fly and download! All good! Click on Install, and it wants my ID and Password to login. OK - I've got that written down. Type in the ID, go to the Password box and carefully enter the written down code. "Invalid Password" !!!!!!! OK - I'll answer my identity questions and go re-set a password. I can remember the correct answers to my private ID questions. All I can find is "Change password" - and to do that I need my OLD password, which I am told is invalid. GrrrrH! Anyone please tell me how to delete the I Phone ID and start from scratch. I'd be very happy!
