I'll be different, Just purchase some heavy conduit 45's that would fit over your bows. They don't need to fit that tight as the weld will fill any gap. Split your bows in the middle and use the 45's as a splice. May have alter the length to get the proper arch. Piece them together in the trailer and tack together. Finish welding in the shop. May have to bend the legs slightly but no big deal.
