| I have a $12 case on my pixel 3a. I have dropped it several times onto concrete. I was worried recently when I dropped the phone and it landed flat on concrete. There is a 3 mm ridge around the screen. No harm at all. My wife and MIL and have the same phone with a thinner case a 1 mm ridge. All the cases have a plastic kinda rubberized case that help absorb the blows on being dropped. I did a lot of searching and reading what people said about the cases.
I may have to start looking at new phones with 5G. I have to look at where the 5G antennas are located. That information is being suppressed or is very hard to find. | |
