Okay thanks. Had went ahead and downloaded the LibreOffice it's doing what I need. Only things haven't liked so far are can't just enter the Windows calculator sums to highlighted cell and haven't figured out how to print the spreadsheet row lines. All in all very similar to Excel a little more basic looking but so far like beats doing by hand.
