I'd go with either the "linoleum" or a carpet with no pad. 


Voice of Experience here says don't do carpet with no pad. At a minimum, use one with an attached pad, if they still even make that style (haven't checked in a long time).
We put down a berber carpet with no pad underneath it in a large entryway/utility room. Were told several years after-the-fact that the purpose of the pad is to absorb the impact of traffic over the carpet. When that function is eliminated and the carpet has to absorb that traffic shock itself, the nap or texture almost instantly mats down in the traffic pattern and is impossible to rejuvenate to look even remotely like it did originally. Could not keep it or get it clean, even with a carpet shampooer, and we tried both rented and professional. We lived with that ugly stuff many years before we could afford to do something different.
