| Seriously why would anyone want a carpet when there are a many better solutions. Such as a electric heat mat under composite flooring with an underpad. Tile and washing machines should'nt be a concern if it is laid properly with a cement board backer. Of course this is assuming you have a sound structural floor to work from.. I would also lay in electric heat under the tile. Heated tile or composite is very nice in a porch area in winter (just ask my dog) | |
