Anybody have an Excel template they downloaded or made that they are willing to share ?

Looking for something that allows basic recording of planting conditions and planter settings. Field location, variety, planter settings like depth settings, spring tension settings,temperature wind speed and direction etc.

Record most of this on pesticide application sheet but was looking for an electronic pre populated form that could be done on tablet when planting instead of writing it all down.

Does not need to necessarily be excel mostly looking for a pre printed form with  some info that never changes but other fields that can be filled in.

What is out there and what do others use ?

Currently old school setup with no GPS or screens that accept such data just a wire bound pocket notebook to scribble down info in then transfer to paper forms later.
