ECKS | well if you want someone who is dedicated for those months it should be about 35-40,000 so that makes out to be... about 6,000 a month which seems high but for good employee's i think it would be worth it because they would be out of work another 4-5 months.
Edit: Ya know what why not hire a college kid, silver lake is close enough to manhattan that if the pay was right I would have jumped at the opportunity. Then they can work all summer while living in manhattan and most kids have a lot of time on their hands as it is.
