Screening my corn as it comes out of my cooling bin. Noticed today that there is a lot of very fine meal in it. Looked as fine as the corn meal we buy in a box. Took a little taste of it. Definatly not the same taste. Had a white color to it not yellow. Any ideas on how or if this could be used or made like store bought?
