Fruita CO | Left a Corning Corelle plate half over an electric stove burner, & left the burner on....I had cooked breakfast for the kids, & we were fortunately out of the room when the plate exploded-& I DO mean exploded...it vaporized into a million little sharp shards. Wife was at work, so I escaped the full brunt of what I deserved. I asked my youngest a while back if he remembered the incident, he said,"Are you kiddin'? that was one of the high points of my childhood!" He always did love explosions...still does.... | |
