Wi | You need a domain, a host and a site builder. Lots of places will wrap these into one for you.
I've used go daddy in the past but used SiteGround for my last one. My work is a lot of coding but I didn't want to waste time doing it for a website that's infrequently visited. Took an afternoon to set up. Bitmasked
