central - east central Minnesota - | Oliver has the just of it mentioned. This new regulation came about due to 9/11 - It is federal regulation for all states. It requires special tank/trailer combo for the more then 1000 lbs. incase someone crashes into you - but I can't find the reg handy, maybe someone else will chime in with that info - but a baffeled tank and double walled I believe, in addition to a legal trailer. It depends on how much "risk" or "testing" a person wants to put themselve into with the complience guys. |
