If your dealer service on balers is questionable, I'd suggest getting aquainted with your baler and doing all your own repairs. We like ours, and fix everything, down to the smallest knotter part. Every winter our knotters are completely disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. We've had a few quirkey things happen with ours, but that'll happen with any of em. 25,000 and it's just getting broke in. You may have to start replacing a few knotter parts and roller chains. I've been more often surprised how cheap parts are. Last year we replaced all the pickup teeth. Think they cost about 1.90 each. Dealer labor is a killer. This isn't big hay country, local dealer shop knows nill about balers. Hence we fix our own.
