NNW Nebraska | Bought a wisenet video security system to use as barn cameras.

Set it up in the house, had it working for couple days.
Moved it to the barn & mounted some cameras.
Had it all working. By the next morning, all I can see via the wisenet life app is circles with a slash through them instead of video.
Videos shows up on the attached monitor.
I have tried to call the help line, 844 947 3738 multiple times on several different days. Got put on hold, then to try later.
I have tried deleting the app & re installing it.
Get the same message on my computer.
Guessing that if I could reset it and start over setting it up it might work but can't figure out how to do that.
