At a DOT meeting here in KS we were told that tanks in pickups could be no larger than a certain amount. I don't remember exactly but your 113 gallons sounds about right. The funny thing is she told us she didn't care how many tanks were in the pickup, they just couldn't be larger than that and they couldn't be plumbed together. A 1000 gallons could be hauled if it was in unconnected tanks smaller than the size requirement. Things could have changed since then.
