Newfane NY | I'll add one more thing that Franz recomended to me and I'll do the same to you. GET A DIGITAL VOICE RECORDER AND USE IT. Here in New York we can record conversations with only one party involved knowing it. Check the laws in your state first. Do not ask someone as they will say both parties need to know.......as I did for fun and then showed him the law.......changed his tune fast. Franz may chime in here and post a link to help you.
