My wife drives this truck for me most of the time hauling fertilizer and grain. You can literally hear this truck up to 5 miles away at times. Of course with the allison you have to hold it to the floor to make it shift correctly so it does make a little noise. The local around here just laugh when it comes through town with her in it rattleing the windows every time the allison shifts. It had oversize injectors. Had it on the dyno once and was getting 440 hp to the ground. Was rated at 475 factory and according to my old detriot mechanic with what he had "tuned" it to should be making 550. You have to keep it warmed up to keep the carbon burnt out of it or it increases wear with all the idleing it does as the chore truck now.
Also have a Oliver 1950T that we use on a TMR mixer. It has the 4-53 in it that the govenot grabs it at 3100 rpm.
