| For heavens sake,,,dont fall for the first internet price you see. I was pricing one for my 7720 last fall. John Deere had them for about 1/2 to 2/3 best price on net.!! No fooling,,,I couldnt believe it!!!
I wanted a aftermarket that I then understoood JD had a financial interest in cause they were alot cheaper yet. They were backordered soo far,,, I took the regular one. If you have TIME,,,I think they would be a generic good value!!! Just have to match up what they have to what you need.
ONE word of caution tho,,,they were packaged like Fort Knox,big heavy box,sacks of packing,reinforced cardboard fillers,,,the works. Somehow they must have dropped mine on the filler top neck and squashed it down a bit. I was in a hurry to get it in and it didnt seem to hurt function or leak soooooo I left it go. Before ya pay for it, take it out of the box and look it over "carefully" 'IF' your fussy on such stuff!!! HTH--d- | |
