Just my darn fool opinion. DONT trade with a dealer,,,they ALWAYS win,big time. Advertise your planter privately,,,sell it,,,meanwhile eyeballing potential 'buys' you could replace it with. You would be many,many thousands better off. OR buy a brand new one with the proceeds of the old plus a smaller boot. A newer planter in good shape should bring premium price,,,and your dealer knows it too!!! He cant wait to sink his teeth in that one!!!
