Lee Co | from what I remember, the reason for the low initial price might be because if it were to eventually go to court, the original offering price is where the court starts from. they can go up and up and up on offers right until the court action starts and if you still cannot reach an agreement the moment the gavle hits the price starts from the original offer in court and goes up from there. This has been my experience w/ the state of IL. | |
