I have sold these to a few customers, some like them (dry conditions), and some don't(wet conditions). I have only sold a few sets so my experience is limited. I do remember one customer was applying 28" and just set them to skim the ground. That way wet spots didn't bother and he was counting on rain to take the 28% in.
