Doug,

Please remember this isn't scientific data and we were comparing the XM108's to tired Firestone 20.8 R42.

We saw a significant improvement in traction and floatation which we expected. The larger tire size also allowed us to decrease tire pressure to help reduce compaction.

With the XM108's our tires width increased 3.4 inches on each tire. That equates to a lot more rubber to the ground when it's all added up.

The tires also seem to have very little wear after two years.

We run in silt loam soils
