I use spypoint cameras. Link Micro.
Set it to take pictures during 1 hour a day and delay of 30 minutes between pictures.
Keep it from taking over 30 pictures (I think) and don't need a subscription.
Hanging pop can or a weed will insure you get a picture.
Higher priced spy point cameras I believe can be set to take a picture (s) at a certain time of day.
My tanks are plenty big enough to last 2 days or more.
Yes I have watched the pictures and found the tank low the next day! Would have been completely out of water by the next time I checked. Before the cameras, I would check tanks every 3 rd day. Ocassionally I would plan on checking but something would come up and nor make it.
Now I go to pastures once a week or less.
