Had L4, L5-S1 fused 6 years ago, wished I could have done it sooner. Got residual nerve problems in my feet but back and leg pain is nothing like before. Had to do injections and therapy before insurance allowed the surgery which didn't do any good. Didn't get released for work for 7 months but was able to do a lot before I did return to work. Recovery takes time but worth it for me.
Anyone here had a spinal fusion?
