Just outside downtown Prairie Hill | We are going to plant some cow forage behind wheat this year. We looked at a fine stemmed sorghum sudex type grass. After mulling over the harvest expense ect, we chose to go to a BMR forage sorghum that will get big...hopefully. We will then chop it for silage. We do not have hay equipment. If we had hay equipment, the fine stemmed sorghum sudex with 2 cuttings has some appeal. |
