Sioux County, NWIA | I’m going to guess some of the problem is the nutritional imbalance. A bowl of cereal is almost entirely carbs. If the meal consisted of more protein and fat it probably wouldn’t spike the blood sugar so hard. Learned some odd things about blood sugar now after my Mrs. has had two pregnancies that resulted in gestational diabetes. One thing we learned was not to go too low on carbs. That will result in blood sugar spikes too. | |
