WAAS only uses GPS sats in their corrections. There are a bunch of tricks newer receivers use to improve on WAAS so it's possible they would be better. One thing I see more and more of is proprietary cheap subscription corrections delivered via internet that do offer corrections for multiple constellations. Not RTK level but better than WAAS.
