South Central MN | I think leading by example works the best with kids, and possibly having subtle discussions while eating or exercising on why we eat healthy foods, a few examples of healthy snacks and why those foods might be better than sugary foods. I’d keep it very short and don’t make this your only conversation with them. In the end, we aren’t their parents and the parents play the greatest role in everything. | |
