Subject: RE: Eating McDonald's only diet

Pittsburg, Kansas
I find it is quite different when filling up on meat vs regular fare that includes carbs.

For example pizza. Used to stuff my face till my belly felt full and somewhat uncomfortable. The stomach has stress sensors that tell us we are full. With meat it is different. Rather than the stretch sensors a different satiety mechanism comes into play. I forget how it works specifically but I just get to a point I don't want to eat any more. The belly is not extended and uncomfortable. I simply no longer have a desire to eat.

Now give me a sweet desert and used to be room would be found. But more meat???? I will pass.

Satiety works differently with different food macros.
