While not free by itself, it is included in a lot of ms office subscriptions, you could use Microsoft Access. You could do all that and more, and be able to customize it for your own needs. The no cost will mean that you will have to create most of it, so you will have to sink some time into it, But with a little training, you can do A LOT with ms Access!
