I had a 4” in September I planted behind. We had several .5” rains until mid December. The cattle did fantastic. We had the bare minimum to keep wheat growing January and February. Then nothing until the wheat started turning and we have had 6” since.
Farm I didn’t get that 4” on I tried to bale hay and pulled out half way through. Making .2 bale an acre.
