Have 2 drinking post here, installed in 2019. The best part is you can put them in a fence line easily and water two pastures with them. Need to keep a couple paddles on hand. Sometimes they can get a gravel stone under the paddle and the next animal to drink breaks the paddle off. The only other odd trouble I've had is one of them got the tube that feeds the cup packed full of tiny gravel stones. Cannot for the life of me figure out how it got in there unless it was somehow in the water line when it got hooked up. Otherwise, no trouble at all and they work well. I especially like the fact that you don't have to run power to them to keep them clear in winter. We don't get as cold as some, but even in single digit temps, they have worked flawlessly
