That's assuming she even cares (and she very well could) but there is no shortage of people who have no conscience.
That’s a very good point too. A coworker was on vacation when a woman wrecked his truck and trailer when she hit him trying to pass him in her $500 pos. She could careless, and said “I know how to drive” over her shoulder as she walked away.
The Judge would have to use some discernment in the case. I think 98% of people would still feel terrible about causing this. |
