Pretty easy to point fingers. Shes alive but her life is forever changed.
To say she caused the accident because of the sign in the window is ludicrous.
If it was your daughter would you still.want her in jail?
IMO the trailers being too close is.at much the cause as anything
Its like 2 new hired men driving different semis for a farmer and driving 60 mph loaded and being 200 feet apart
Noone can safely pass.
Doesn't matter how close the trailers were. If you can't safely pass, don't do it. Can't control what the other cars are doing, But you can control your own car. If traffic is bumper to bumper running 50 mph and someone tries to pass several vehicles (like I've seen done) and has a crash, who's fault is it? Gonna blame the other cars? |
