This going to go against the grain, but-  I wasn't there.  Nobody commenting on this was there.   We don't know what weird conditions of the topography and visibility were.   I could argue that the self-deprecation of having a decal like that on the car might actually mean that this individual is actually NOT an entirely careless D-bag.   But it's not like we are talking about somebody who chugged half a gallon of cheap vodka and got on the wrong way of the interstate at midnight.  It was 3, maybe 5 seconds that went horribly wrong.    And IF there are other factors like a controlled substance issue that come out, well then I'll walk this back. 

I'm just sitting here thinking of the B-17 and P-63 midair in Dallas though.   A bunch of highly intelligent, highly trained, highly experienced people. doing something they had all done multiple times, working on a plan that they had all briefed and understood- yet they all died in three seconds when it went wrong.
