| I don't see how you can make a case for Ukraine blowing up the dam. Supposedly Ukraine wants the territory flooded back and would not want to incur the expense and time to rebuild the areas productive capacity. Also, this complicates and eliminates one potential area for Ukraine's counteroffensive. It also makes Russia's defense easier by allowing Russia to concentrate their forces.
The explosion has been reported to have been from internally placed explosives in areas under Russia control.
I think you can make the case Ukraine blew up the Nordstream pipeline, since they had the most to gain. I believe they are still allowing Russian gas to flow through pipelines in Ukraine to western Europe. I think they get revenue from that transportation, Nordstream would have been no revenue for Ukraine.
