I killed it prior with estates permission /lime fert etc.Rototilled with 10 ft Kuhn.Then we hit with Dominator.Disced last night and planted to vine crops.Excellent soil.Ripper goes deeper than any thing ever done on here.Got 6 rocks total,Big but only 6.The only way to take out tough old sod,used to do the moldboard.2 years of dealing with dead sod that old way.It has access to one of our irrigation ponds.I knew what I was buying.Knew it was a lot but others want it for more $$ today, Already,,,good buy IMO.
