Conger, MN | Telling the guy to pound sand would give the most satisfaction . . . but it might also be an invitation to the jerk to cause other problems. Cut tires, crap in fuel tank, damaged fence, etc. don't sound to be beyond the guy's boundary.
If you you decide you don't want to sell, I'd just tell him that fact in a "neighborly" way . . . or, as suggested, come up with a price that you know he will not accept. | |
