| You've already honored the flag once during your game; it's not like your intentionally snubbing the flag the second time around. Your feelings or respect for your country presumably hasn't changed in those 5-20 minutes. Maybe this is a bad analogy, but I view it like shaking someone's hand. You've already done it once and you cross paths again minutes later. Do you shake hands again? The formalities and pleasantries for the occasion have already been performed.
Personally unless they stop the earlier game I'm attending I probably wouldn't stand at attention for the second anthem. It feels cultish to suggest that no matter the circumstance or situation you must stand at attention whenever the anthem is played.
