Me thinks there is a reason ground is so high priced in the I states compared to others.
And I truly believe its because it's easy to farm there.
I too have seen several I state guys come to western Nebraska to take a swing only to strike out and go home.
Not at all bashing on the I state guys. But there are some tough rows to hoe out there beyond the corn belt!
